We have an annual pass to the Children's science museum in Oregon but that pass allows us to visit many museums all over the US. There are a couple here in our area that we can visit with that pass. Not bad.
We visited the International Wildlife Museum. We are such a nerdy family, we love museums, observatories and any type of garden

Lions
giraffes
alligators
mammoths
all sort of animals with horns
and bears
Kids had a blast.
They love that we always stop to have a treat
Well, this week Sophie had an accident on the playground. She fell on the slide and broke her leg :(
She's so proud of her cast. Hahaha. She asked for a purple one.
We did some sight seeing and found a cool little Old West park called the Pinnacle Peak. Its really cute, they have a Little Western Town complete with a train ride and carousel. I had so much fun taking pictures there. I gotta go back and take the girls in their cowgirl boots :)

I never get tired of taking picture of my Evie, I love her sweet face and unruly curls
It was still bright and sunny after our day out so we went to the pool/spa and had a BBQ
And my attempt at a low carb burger. Now THAT is a cheeseburger

Awww, poor Sophie!
My LO broke her arm last summer and had a purple cast too.
haha they took hers off and decided it was a bad move so she got a pink one back on
