making up recipes

Had a craving for a peaches and cream cake. I had no idea what I was doing but made it up as I went along.

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can of peaches in syrup
2 eggs (because I did not have enough, the cake mix requires 3)
1/3 cup of oil
1 box of vanilla instant pudding
1/3 cup of water
1 small tub of whipped cream

I mixed all the ingredients above except for the peaches and whipped cream, I used the syrup from the can of peaches in the mix.

strain the peaches out and cut them thinner, they were to chunky. and save them for your filling and topping

I also used two small 6 inch pans.

bake for about 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Once out, I let the cakes cool then got them out of their pans. I topped one with whip cream and sliced peaches then put the other cake ontop of that.

covered the whole thing with whipped cream and put it in the fridge because it was getting sloppy. I chilled it for about 30 minutes then took it back out added more whip cream and put the sliced peaches on top.

It turned out pretty good.
