The hardcover book is from 1960. How cool is that? It demonstrates Ateco Simplified Cake Decorating techniques.
Look at the pictures. Love how they show all the flaws/shadowing. This was before there was any editing software available. I think those flaws give these cakes even more charm.

The second book has over 500 recipes! cant wait to try my hand at some of them
